Matthew 13:24-26 KJV
[24] Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: [25] but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. [26] But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
THE WHEAT & TARES!!
There are certain toxins that creeps it's way into your system without your realisation until it becomes full blown and starts manifesting itself as bacteria in your blood streams. We do not know which is healthy or unhealthy bacteria till your whole system gets compromised.
Whereever you spot the original, there the counterfeit would be and if proper care is not taken, they'll be so similar that you won't be able to tell them apart.
When God is busy creating something the enemy is also busy with his imitation.
In today's parable of the wheat and tares Jesus speaks to his disciples about the vices of the enemy.
Something happened to me recently, i got a word concerning a situation in my life. Now i had my word and was looking forward to it's manifestation when all of a sudden i saw something entirely different from what the Lord spoke about happening. It left me utterly confused as i wasn't expecting what transpired, though it was similar, it didn't come with peace as God's word would. Felt like i had been bamboozled so i started asking a lot of questions. What could have happened? Did i see wrongly or did my intuition mislead me? I thought this was a word from God so i was completely gobsmacked.
This threw me into a fit of chaos.
Then the Holy Spirit began to speak to me
He said " Whenever the angels are busy delivering the word of God to you the demons are also busy delivering theirs. He said what is manifesting before you are the lies the enemy planted while i was planting my words in your heart. The goal was to cause you to doubt everything that i had said so you'll proceed with uprooting the words i have given you before it bears fruits".
The enemy has never and would never be a creator, he is a bloody imitator and a danm good one at that.
He is likened to a photocopying machine, he photocopies God's work and presents it to you as real. They look similar but they are worlds apart.
God's words are always symmetrical in nature but the enemy's words are lopsided.
Words are seeds given to us by God as believers. when God plants his seeds in our heart the enemy comes for the seed. He doesn't come directly for the Word because he has not the authority to but he comes with his lies. See truth and lies are two sides of the same coin, where one is you find the other. You need to be extremely critical in thinking to be able to spot the difference.
Like the parable says; the servants got up spotted the tares amongst the wheats and asked if they could uproot it but the farmer says no!
The goal of the lies planted by the enemy is to get you to uproot both the good seeds and the bad seeds yourself, he the devil cannot come for God's words but you can.
So when things started playing wrongly before me i thought to myself perhaps i heard it all wrong? Better to throw it all away. I started second guessing every word and thoughts the Lord had given me. Then the Holy Spirit gave me this life changing word yet again "There's nothing wrong with the ingredients(Words or seeds) there's something wrong with your understanding of it". My understanding of what God spoke was wrong so when the lies the enemy planted started sprouting i thought I'd heard wrongly. I understood wrongly i didn't hear wrongly as what i heard was still to come though it looked similar to what was happening, it wasn't the same. What was happening was my imagination of what i thought God had spoken about.
Family your enemy satan sows his tares to throw you into a bout of confusion which causes you to doubt everything that had been said to you. Any seed uprooted before it buds or blossoms would never produce fruits. Any word you doubt would not come to pass and the enemy clearly wants that. It doesn't delight him to see God's children being blessed. Each time we receive God's blessings his head gets crushed and he would do almost anything to prevent that from happening.
Our success as believers is a threat to the kingdom of darkness. They don't want you to be ahead of them in whatsoever way.
They desire to keep our heads down permanently, wanting nothing good to come out of our relationship with Christ.
As children of God we possess so much power that we do not even know about, but he the enemy is aware of this and doesn't want you to be.
God's words are his symbol of authority, he does nothing without his words, they are that powerful.
So when he gives you his word know you have received all he promised should you just believe. But then we have the devil's lies to wrestle with, and when these lies gets into us causes our boats to sink. Where there's doubt there can't be manifestion, it is our duty to stay fighting everything that comes for the word God has given us.
I wish i could tell you you can have it one way but i can't, It is a constant battle we face daily as believers in this fallen world.
Make conscious effort to question every spirit, always do your due diligence before accepting and proceeding to believe what you have heard.
Filter it through the lenses of scriptures and of God's character. Also check if it is in alignment with what God has been speaking to you all season.
Remember God's words are true and would never falter if we stay believing. Every word that proceeds out of his mouth will surely come to pass, He is not a man that he should lie nor disappoint.
